Invite teammates and control what they can access — all in a few clicks.
How to Invite Users
- Go to Settings → Users & Invites
- Click Invite People in the top right
- Enter email addresses (up to 50 at once, separated by commas or new lines)
- Choose their permission level
- Click Send Invitation
Note: You need Owner or Recruiter permissions to invite users.
Permission Levels
| Level | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full account control including billing, integrations, and user management |
| Recruiter | Manage users and access all roles, candidates, and interviews |
| Team member | Access only interviews they're participating in |
You can only assign permissions at or below your own level.
Changing Permissions
- Go to Settings → Users & Invites
- Click the permission badge next to a user's name
- Select the new level — changes apply immediately
User Statuses
- Active — User has signed in and is using Lavalier
- Pending — Invite sent but not yet accepted (resend from the ••• menu)
What's next?
Now that your team has access, you can:
- Create a role — Set up your first hiring role to start interviewing
- Add a candidate — Manually add candidates to start interviewing
